Infrastructure
Our infrastructure is facilitative, strengthening and supportive. We have a retinue of modern machinery. We have a widespread infrastructure which is assisting us to manufacture range of garment with contemporary style and quality fabrics. We maintain a logistics infrastructure that adheres to the highest levels of efficiency and seamlessly blends with our customers own supply chain. It is incorporated with finishing unit, quality testing and packaging unit, manufacturing unit, research and development etc., which are administered by a prolific workforce. We are also equipped with capacious warehouses that facilitate storage of voluminous stock to meet all kinds of demand eventualities. We have CAD System, steam irons, Fabric Cutting machines, Stitching machines, Embroidery in our manufacturing unit.
Quality assurance
High quality is not only our mean but also it is our end. We have a developed a renowned vendor base to source high quality fabrics and other raw materials. We have a well-equipped quality assurance lab where rigid quality control procedures are followed by our quality check inspectors. From sourcing raw materials to the final delivery of consignments each process is carried out under strict observance of our quality check inspectors. They check the quality of garments on the basis of certain standard parameters like:
